A man and a woman have appeared in court after being accused of intending to supply drugs.
Dale John Killaspy of Baker Avenue in Potton and Penelope McCabe of the same address were in the dock at Bedford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (March 25).
Mr Killaspy, 25, and Ms McCabe, 24, both faced the same charges.
The first is that between Tuesday, January 1 and Friday, March 8 last year they were concerned in the supply of a cannabis.
The second is that they offered to sell crack cocaine between the same dates.
The third is possession of cocaine with intent to supply on Friday, March 8 2013 and the fourth charge is possession of cannabis with intent to supply on the same date.
The final charge, also from that date, is that of acquiring, using or having possession of criminal property, namely monies seized and home and contents.
Each charge relates to Bedford.
The prosecution and the defence both agreed that the case should be adjourned because the case file was not at court.
The case will return to the court on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 9. Unconditional bail was granted.
